City of Newberry can purchase today and pickup at the following locations with dates and times available:

March 21, 22, and 23 /Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 7:00 am – 5:30 pm at the Public Works Facility at 120 N W 260th Street

March 24 /Friday between 7:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Waste Water Treatment Plant at 1905 SW 260th Street

March 25/ Saturday  between 8:00 am – 5:00 at the Newberry Fire Department at 310 NW 250th Street

    Please be sure to print off your confirmation email and bring it to the pick up event. You will be notified by email prior to the event as a reminder to pick up your rain barrel March 18th. 


    Questions about picking up:
    How do I purchase?  You can click the Buy Now button below, choose the number of rain barrels you would like to purchase and then pay by credit card. You will pick up your item(s) at the event location above.

    What if I can not pick up my rain barrel(s) on March 18th?  We can not guarantee holding your items for a later pick up. You can have a friend or neighbor pick up for you as long as they have your name, receipt and/or order #.

    Please note you will pick up your items at the event listed above, they will NOT be shipped to you. 
    When placing your order you only need to fill in a Billing Address that matches your credit card billing statement.

    This rain barrel program is brought to you by the Alachua County Environmental Protection Department which encourages homeowners to drop off hazardous wastes such as paints, CFLs, and old electronics at the HazWaste Center on 3/18 and pick up a rain barrel for conserving water and reducing stormwater runoff.
