How to purchase a subsidized barrel:

1. Check the table below to find out if your city, county, or utility provider is participating. 
2. Click the link for your community's subsidy form. If you are unsure if your address is qualified for a specific subsidy, please scroll down to the qualification table.
3. Fill out the subsidy form below to receive a link to purchase. Filling out the form does not reserve your rain barrel. You must then complete your purchase by completing Step Two.
4. Most discounts will be automatic in your cart. When applicable a subsidy code to purchase your barrel will be sent to your email. Additional rain barrels can be purchased at the whole sale price of $83.

If your community is not offering a subsidy, or the subsidies are sold out, you can still purchase a rain barrel at the whole sale price of $83. Click here to purchase

*Weber County is only open to unincorporated areas. This includes Eden, Liberty, Nordic Valley, Reese, Taylor, Warren, West Weber. Click here to see if your communities qualifies.
