Alphin Design Build is an award winning remodeling and new construction design-build company working in the Raleigh area since 1995. They approached RainWater Solutions for a cistern for a new home under construction off of Wade Avenue in Raleigh.

One of the main challenges was limited lot size.

We had just one location that would work.

The system had to go beneath the driveway in between the geothermal system and the property line.

The system holds 1500 gallons and will be used for irrigation, washing cars and topping off the pool.

The cistern has a municipal back up water supply in case of drought conditions.

This is the finished system, awaiting final landscaping treatment.
